If it works fine or If it doesn't work fine. The strong believers take the vision as theirs and run with it. The unbelievers show you all the reasons why it won't work. Use their unbelieve to correct your flaws. Never take the opinion of people in-between. They are not positive enough to drive and not negative enough to cause a concern.
