In Nakupenda, the community can unanimousely delete the post. 5k people just needs to choose the option of delete while reporting the post and the system will automatically take it off feeds. The owner can appeal though. And #Nakupenda service centers will review. We restore it, if not hate speech or permanently remove it if hate speech. What do you think?
