#waskydone #TeamB An 18 year old boy stole a phone from a neighbor that was valued at #50,000 the boy was arrested by the police & his parents were asked to pay #250,000 to free him, the parents struggled & managed to raise the money for the police so as to bail out the boy, as they were driving home, the parents pleaded with their son, "never should you repeat this kind of nonsense young man, don't you see how much your bad behaviour has cost us?................" The boy replied to his parents, "don't worry, your #250,000 is here with me, I stole it from the drawer in the police station when I was being released"🤦🏿‍♂️🙆🏿‍♂️ Now the question is if you were the boy parents: 1) Will you return the boy to the police station? 2) Will you return the money to the police? 3) Will you punish the boy?

The lessons from this parable are; 1. Be Prepared at All Times Five wise virgins took extra oil, representing readiness. Five foolish virgins did not, symbolizing neglect. The wise could not share their oil with the foolish. Lesson: Each person is responsible for their own condition. No one can rely on another’s efforts to achieve their goals. 2. Appearance Is Not Enough All ten were virgins, all were invited, and all looked prepared at first. Only the ones with oil were truly ready. 3. There Will Be a Time When It’s Too Late The foolish virgins tried to prepare after the bridegroom arrived, but the door was shut. Lesson: There is a time limit to respond to any call. After which anyother time will be too late. 4. True Readiness Requires Action, Not Just Waiting The wise virgins actively brought extra oil. Lesson: Readiness requires continuous effort. Jesus ended the parable with the command: “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour.” Lesson: We must live daily with preparation and hard work in view, resisting complacency and slumber.

Monetization is quietly killing social media. Not because people are earning—but because earning is now prioritized over thinking. We’re gaining “likes” but losing legacy. And for those of us who started with truth in our bones, this slow dilution is a kind of spiritual erosion. But let this be a reminder: The algorithm might own the feed… But you own your voice. If you have to adapt, adapt wisely. But don’t trade your soul for reach. Don’t become a parody of your own power.
