  • Even among dishonest people, honesty is sought-after. Just for laughs - even if you dont understand the language, you can still understand whats going on: two policemen want to share their proceeds for the day.

  • Some time ago, I accompanied a friend to a conference at a hotel, where he was scheduled to meet someone. While waiting for him in the lobby area just outside one of the conference halls, I sat quietly, scrolling through my phone and minding my business.

After a while, I noticed people going in and out of the hall beside me. Curiosity made me look up. A PhD defense was ongoing, I wasn’t really paying attention until I heard gentle clapping from inside the hall.

Then came the turn of a middle-aged man, probably in his late 50s. He stood at the front with a soft, shaky demeanor. He spoke slowly, carefully picking his words. Every few sentences, he paused.. not for effect, but because he stuttered. Still, each time he managed to get through a point, the audience clapped.. not out of pity, but in admiration and respect.

Toward the end, his voice broke. He asked everyone to kindly rise for a minute silence in honor of his wife, who had recently passed away. And in that moment of silence, he broke down in tears.

What I learned afterward left me speechless.

The man had only a diploma in Business Administration when he got married. His wife, a successful banker, pushed him to go back to school. She supported him through a BSc, then a master’s, and finally the PhD program he was now completing.

But just months before he would earn the title “Doctor,” his wife lost her life to breast ******.

He was shattered. She had been his strength, his motivation, and his helper. She had even taken time off her busy banking schedule to help him share questionnaires during his research. Though she herself had only a master’s degree, she pushed her husband beyond that point, right up to the very top.

Now here he was, defending his thesis without her beside him.

That’s when I truly understood the kind of love that doesn’t compete, the kind of spouse who gives you wings to fly without fear of your success.

Not everyone is lucky to have such a partner, one who celebrates your growth, fights for your dream like it’s theirs, and stands by you even when life tries to break you.

  • I would rather have 10% of a watermelon than 100% of a grape; For me, it means being open to opportunities that may not offer complete control but can lead to significant benefits, It reminds me to prioritize value and potential over ownership or control. In my life, I can apply this by seeking partnerships or collaborations that can help me grow professionally or personally.

In business, this suggests that sometimes it's better to focus on high-value clients or projects, even if it means sharing the revenue or credit. It encourages us to think strategically about partnerships, investments, or joint ventures that can drive growth. By applying this mindset, our business can prioritize opportunities that offer the greatest returns and potential for expansion.

For Investment Insight, as an investor, this reminds me to look for opportunities with high growth potential, even if it means taking a smaller stake. It encourages me to diversify my portfolio and prioritize investments that can yield significant returns. By applying this principle, I can make more informed investment decisions that align with my financial goals.

Billionaires seek investments or ventures with significant potential for expansion and returns, they often partner with others to leverage resources, expertise, and networks, even if it means sharing ownership or profits. Billionaires may sacrifice control or ownership to gain access to valuable assets, markets, or talent, they focus on long-term growth and wealth creation, rather than short-term gains.

  • HTML + CSS + JavaScript:

Ever wondered how websites actually work?

    Let me break it down:

    1. HTML = Structure
It’s the bones of your site — headings, buttons, images, links, etc.
Think of it as the foundation of a house.

    2. CSS = Style
It makes your site look pretty — colors, layouts, fonts, spacing.
Like the paint, furniture, and decor.

    3. JavaScript = Behavior
It brings your site to life — clicks, animations, dynamic content.
Imagine doors opening, lights turning on — that’s JS.

    Together?
They turn static code into beautiful, interactive websites.

Stay tuned as I dive deeper into each one in this series!

  • Pratik Joshi had been living in London for six years. A software professional, he’d long dreamed of building a life abroad for his wife and three young children, who stayed back in India.

After years of waiting for due clearances the dream was finally coming true. Just two days ago, his wife, Dr. Komi Vyas, a renowned doctor in Udaipur, resigned from her job. The bags were packed, goodbyes said, the future within reach.

This morning, the family of five, filled with hope and excitement, boarded Air India flight 171 to London. They clicked a selfie. Sent it to relatives. A one-way journey to a new life. But they never made it. The plane crashed. No one survived.

In a matter of moments, a lifetime of dreams turned to ash. A brutal reminder, life is terrifyingly fragile. Everything you build, everything you hope for, everything you love, it all hangs by a thread. So while you can, live, love, and don’t wait for happiness to start tomorrow.

    May they rest easy!!!
