"When did you start putting on makeup?" Chisom asked, watching her roommate struggle to apply mascara.

"Lately," Danielle replied, still focused on the mirror.

"I don't know what this is, but you have to stop it," Chisom said, getting out of bed. She slipped into her fluffy pink slippers and walked into the bathroom.

"Are you jealous of me?" Danielle shouted after her.

Chisom burst into laughter.

A few minutes later, she came out, wiping her face with a towel. Standing akimbo, she looked at her roommate, who now resembled a runaway clown.

"Why would I be jealous of you?"

"Then why are you opposing my choice of appearance?" Danielle asked, trying to fix her hair.

"You're changing yourself to fit into that flashy group you joined last week. You're trying to please them, but you're displeasing yourself. In the end, you'll only confuse yourself," Chisom said, climbing back into bed.

Danielle pouted, silently reflecting on what Chisom had just said.

It began like any ordinary morning in one of Nakupenda’s lively feedback groups. A user, affectionately known by their name Joy, kickstarted the day with a detailed lament about the app’s data consumption, loading delays, and the need for a toggle to disable automatic media loading. What followed, however, wasn’t your average bug report discussion, it was a theatrical clash of opinions, sprinkled with emojis, subtle jabs, and dramatic court adjournments.

The Trigger: Tech Talk and Data Drain

User Joy, took the floor with a data-fueled rant, blaming the app’s lag on its auto-media load feature. They called for an update allowing users to choose what files to load,a logical suggestion wrapped in relatable humor.

But tech-head Ezekiel was not having it.

"I doubt it consumes a quarter of what TikTok and Instagram consume," he quipped, offering a sarcastic solution: “Come let me sub you… but delete your long message first.”

The virtual courtroom quickly convened. Another user played judge with a dramatic “Court riseeeeeee!!!” while Esther adjourned the "case" till June 10. Yet, the original poster came back swinging: “TikTok doesn’t consume data as much as you think, my dear,” followed by a sprinkle of eye rolls and walk-offs.

What looked like the beginning of a full-on digital duel suddenly cooled. Who noticed how the fight ended without external police?” They praised the community’s peacekeeping efforts and suggested gamifying such debates as point-based tasks.

The Verdict

What started as a feature complaint turned into a spontaneous power tussle between app loyalists and skeptics, ending in respectful silence and virtual hugs. In true Nakupenda spirit, no moderator intervention was needed. The chat evolved from criticism to comedy, rivalry to resolution, proving once again: Nakupenda is not just an app; it’s a vibe.

7. In a decade we will have dozens of virtual beings in our lives. And your AI will bring new ones into your life depending on your goals. Want to learn Spanish? A new group will show up that are different than the group that will show up if you want to learn Chemistry.

8. In a decade new brain/computer interfaces will be here, and will merge humans with AIs in many ways.

9. In a decade our corporate structures will change to be a hybrid of humans and AIs working together.

10. In a decade a robot will attend our city council meetings and report to us about what's going on inside.

11. In a decade we won't use applications, like we do today on our iPhones. We will have a singular user interface. On Star Trek you just said "computer do this" and it did. Star Trek will be real in a decade.

12. In a decade we will have armies of robots and drones moving around our cities doing everything from deliveries to giving tours to tourists.

13. In a decade we still will have artists and storytellers, but they will be assisted by AIs to help make that art, and tell that story. AI's will gather other AIs who will warn the humans that someone is telling an interesting story.

14. In a decade AIs will still be asking humans for assistance. "Hey human can you get a better view of the house that's on fire across the street?"

15. In a decade AIs are assisting humans in coming up with new medical and material breakthroughs. Even designing new computing architectures, whether Quantum, or silicon, or biological, or a hybrid of all three or even something even newer.
