The lessons from this parable are; 1. Be Prepared at All Times Five wise virgins took extra oil, representing readiness. Five foolish virgins did not, symbolizing neglect. The wise could not share their oil with the foolish. Lesson: Each person is responsible for their own condition. No one can rely on another’s efforts to achieve their goals. 2. Appearance Is Not Enough All ten were virgins, all were invited, and all looked prepared at first. Only the ones with oil were truly ready. 3. There Will Be a Time When It’s Too Late The foolish virgins tried to prepare after the bridegroom arrived, but the door was shut. Lesson: There is a time limit to respond to any call. After which anyother time will be too late. 4. True Readiness Requires Action, Not Just Waiting The wise virgins actively brought extra oil. Lesson: Readiness requires continuous effort. Jesus ended the parable with the command: “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour.” Lesson: We must live daily with preparation and hard work in view, resisting complacency and slumber.

AWFUL!!!! When family members arrived at the clinic to recover the bø"dy, the hospital surprisingly gave them money to quickly leave with the bø"dy - as if as if they wanted to get rid of evidence. Normally, hospitals demand payment before releasing a bø'dy, but this clinic paid us to take Melissa's body away! Family members, still in shock, carried the bø'dy to the morgue, thanking the clinic for their "generosity" (the money they gave us). It wasn't until we arrived at the morgue late that night that we discovered the full extent of the horror. The bø-dy was open, & we saw that all vìtal org-ns were missing. There wasn't even a drop of blœd left inside. We tried everything to investigate, but it was impossible to uncover the truth behind Melissa's dth. In the end, my little niece paid the ultimate price for the 8 months of luxury Cyrille provided her. We laid her to rest, still shocked & baffled by the events till this day. I want to share something painful from my past, something that affected my life forever. So, I got married in the year 2000, and not long after, I gave birth to my son, Raymond. From the moment he was born, our lives became full of hospital visits, sleepless nights, and endless medical expenses. The sickness didn’t just affect my son, it affected my marriage too. My husband and I were always stressed. We argued constantly. We blamed each other for everything. Love slowly disappeared from our home. We went from lovers to strangers who only talked about hospital bills. In 2006, the marriage couldn’t survive anymore. We went our separate ways, and I was left to raise Raymond alone. It was hard, so hard that I had to leave my acting career behind. I just couldn’t focus. I was broken. Then came the biggest blow of all, Raymond passed away at the age of 17.
